Arrows to Aerospace - August 15-17, 2014



For the past 24 years, the Bellevue-Offutt Kiwanis has been proud to sponsor Arrows to Aerospace, Bellevue's premier community celebration. The event features a parade, pancake feed, pet show, activities for children, entertainment, food, and fun in Washington Park in Olde Towne Bellevue. The club also sponsors a luncheon, music program, and bingo at the Senior Center on Friday.

TWILIGHT CRITERIUM

 

The Bellevue-Offutt Kiwanis Club is partnering with the Bellevue Bicycle Club and Midwest Cycling Community for the second Arrows to Aerospace Twilight Criterium! Consult the 2014 race guide for deadlines, fees, and related information.

 

PADDLE & SKEDADDLE - NEW EVENT ON SUNDAY

 

The Bellevue Swim Club is offering the first annual Paddle and Skedaddle on Sunday, August 17, at Bellevue West High School. You can compete in the long course (300 yard swim and 5K run) or the short course (150 yard swim and 1 mile run). The event is open to any competitors. For more information, refer to the registration form or the Swim Club's website.

 

PARADE AT 10:00 AM ON SATURDAY

 

The parade is on Saturday, August 16. It runs from the corner of Bert Murphy and Mission Avenue to Washington Park in Olde Towne Bellevue (see a map of the parade route). Complete the 2014 parade entry form (or use the Word document to fill in the blanks) and submit it by August 11.
