Arrows to Aerospace - August 19-20, 2016
For the past 26 years, the Bellevue-Offutt Kiwanis has been proud to sponsor Arrows to Aerospace, Bellevue's premier community celebration. The event features a parade, pancake feed, pet show, activities for children, entertainment, food, and fun in Washington Park in Olde Towne Bellevue. The club also sponsors a luncheon, music program, and bingo at the Senior Center on Friday.

Some of the Saturday events are:
Pancake feed - $6 for adults; $4 for children (10 and under)
Bike Give-Away - free entry; must be present to win at 3pm
Bounce House - free!
Music in the Park (PAC Band and Tangiers Shrine Chanters) - free!
Pet Idol Contest - free to enter!
TWILIGHT CRITERIUM ON FRIDAY
The Bellevue-Offutt Kiwanis Club partnered with the Bellevue Bicycle Club and Midwest Cycling Community for the third Arrows to Aerospace Twilight Criterium in 2015. Details about the 2016 race will be available soon. Consult the 2015 race guide for deadlines, fees, and related information.
PADDLE & SKEDADDLE
The Bellevue Swim Club cancelled the 2015 Paddle and Skedaddle. They may offer it in 2016. The first Paddle and Skedaddle offered a long course (300 yard swim and 5K run) and a short course (150 yard swim and 1 mile run). For more information, refer to the 2014 registration form or the Swim Club's website.
PARADE AT 10:00 AM ON SATURDAY
The parade is on Saturday, August 20, 2016. It runs from the corner of Bert Murphy and Mission Avenue to Washington Park in Olde Towne Bellevue (see a map of the parade route). Please print and complete the 2016 parade entry form or use this Word document to fill in the blanks on the computer. Entry forms must be received by mail or email by August 15.
The 2015 parade was aired on Bellevue TV on Cox cable channel 17 within a week of the event. See their website for the schedule.
